Huge congratulations to our 'Thriving' Leadership Programme students who celebrated their graduation at the Growth Hub in Gloucester last week.

'Thriving' is our 6 month (fully funded) leadership, enterprise & professional development programme for VCSE groups & organisations in Gloucestershire.

About our Thriving programme

Building on the success of our summer 2023 programme, we developed a new programme for 2024 that recognises the need to become sustainable and specifically the role leadership plays in this. Each participant received high level teaching at the Gloucestershire Business School and benefitted from being part of a bespoke peer to peer community. They also had access to the University of Gloucestershire student consultancy, additional business support and workshops.

The programme was run in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire and The Growth Hub. We're absolutely delighted to have run this programme again with our partners and are equally delighted for all of the students who graduated this year!
